I put chia seeds in my cornflakes
like little black poppy seeds
they give good crunch
I used to love putting dried fruit into my Cornflakes

Today I had a rosemary and sea salt focaccia with ham, Gouda, cucumber and pickled red onions! Beautiful 😍

There should be proper cooking lessons on TV. Most people cook the wrong way . Some foods shouldn't be mixed together. A program focused on knowledge on nutrition along side cooking lessons would be beneficial to everyone.

Im a mood eater. When its hot outside. I hardly eat , just light. But when it gets dull and cold in the winter, I eat like a horse. Lol
