Talking of lazy that's my world record I literally think if I had the opportunity I would sleep for days lol!

Hayley have you tried having magnesium and zinc in the evenings. It increases your sleep quality by giving you deeper sleep in a shorter time . So you always feel recharged in the morning not lacking any sleep.

I genuinely believe I could eat the most mozzarella sticks now, I’m so obsessed with cheese 😂

I tried vegan for 2 weeks. Lost 4 kg . Healthiest ive ever felt. My cardiovascular endurance was high. Didnt get tired doing long tasks. However I couldn't sustain the limitations on the diet. Intuitive dieting works better. I eat what I want when I want in moderation.

I’ve had Mexican and Thai recently but as I’m needing to lose weight I’m eating the same fish every evening

I couldn’t do Vegan 🥗 as I love eggs and milk but I’m definitely eating more vegetables

I find the fish fills me up and I don’t want to snack and don’t feel so hungry next day
